PRS is dedicated to providing individuals with disabilities a pathway to personal growth and achievement of goals by discovering and building up their work-life potential through the empowerment of skills development, coaching and employment opportunities.

As a private sector entity with a 20-year track record of excellence, we have established strong contractual relationships with various state agencies, allowing us to offer specialized rehabilitation services aimed at overcoming disabilities and barriers to employment. By engaging in direct communication through discussions, emails, and one-on-one meetings, we not only enhance our business but also empower agencies to advocate for our services among a diverse clientele.


Our comprehensive approach addresses a wide spectrum of disabilities, focusing on equipping individuals with the necessary tools for employment, life skills, money management, and soft skills essential for balancing work, life, and community integration. We are committed to working closely with agencies to refer clients who can greatly benefit from our dedicated support, ensuring they receive the highest standard of care tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Who We Are

Progressive Rehabilitation Services (PRS) is a community-based organization that provides pre-employment skills development, employment opportunities, coaching and consulting services. We strive to assist individuals with disabilities achieve their goals and maintain work/life balance.


In particular, I-Power Success Pre-ETS is our comprehensive transition program designed to help students with disabilities discover and maximize their potential through our “E4-Learning Method”: educate, enhance, equip and empower. This enables us to address the needs of high school students with disabilities and plant the seeds for them to achieve success.
