Who We Are

Progressive Rehabilitation Services (PRS) is a community-based organization that provides pre-employment skills development, employment opportunities, coaching and consulting services. We strive to assist individuals with disabilities achieve their goals and maintain work/life balance.


In particular, I-Power Success Pre-ETS is our comprehensive transition program designed to help students with disabilities discover and maximize their potential through our “E4-Learning Method”: educate, enhance, equip and empower. This enables us to address the needs of high school students with disabilities and plant the seeds for them to achieve success. 

Educate

Skill building workshops are offered in both classroom- style and community-based instruction. The curriculum used is designed specifically for people with disabilities. Classes are provided in a small group setting and one- on-one as deemed necessary. 

Enhance & Equip

Learn soft skills, and job readiness skills that includes mock interviews. Through a combination of classroom curriculum-based training, hands-on learning activities and learning experiences. 

Empower

Our program opens the door to the realities of the world of work and living. The people we serve have the opportunity to learn the necessary skills that will help them obtain and maintain successful employment.
